At Oakspa Wellness, we value your time and appreciate you valuing ours. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and last-minute cancellations or late arrivals may prevent other clients from receiving care.
To help us provide the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to review our guidelines below.
✦ Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours in advance whenever possible.
✦ Changes or cancellations made within 12 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.
✦ No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
✦ If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled appointment time. However, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid affecting other clients.
✦ Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
✦ We understand that unexpected situations happen. As part of our client-centered care, a one-time courtesy exception may be offered to our policies by management discretion.
✦ To respect the time of all our clients and therapists, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment, especially if forms need to be completed.
✦ If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client, and the full service price will still apply.
✦ Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule and may be subject to our cancellation policy.
✦ Thank you for your understanding and for respecting everyone's scheduled time.
