At Oakspa Wellness, we value your time and appreciate you valuing ours. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and last-minute cancellations may prevent other clients from receiving care.
To help us provide the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation guidelines below.
✦ Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
✦ Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.
✦ No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
✦ If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled appointment time. However, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid affecting other clients.
✦ Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
✦ We understand that unexpected situations happen. As part of our client-centered care, a one-time courtesy exception may be offered to our policies by management discretion.
